Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the website located at https://slotastic-au.com (the "Site") and your use of the online casino services made available under the brand "Slot Astic" for the project Slot Astic. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or the services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede any previous version published on the Site.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Operator means the business entity that owns and/or operates the Site and provides the interactive gambling services available at slotastic-au.com under the brand Slot Astic. Certain historical materials refer to "Orange Consultants Ltd" and a licence from the "Government of Curacao"; however, the exact current legal entity, registration number and licence details are not verified or publicly confirmed as at 2026 and should be regarded as uncertain until clarified on the Site.
  • Site means the website located at https://slotastic-au.com and any mobile, tablet or other versions, subdomains, or related pages controlled by the Operator for Slot Astic.
  • Services means all interactive gambling and related services provided on or through the Site, including but not limited to online slot games, table games, video poker, live dealer games (if any), promotional offers, tournaments and associated payment processing functions.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Site, registers an account, or otherwise uses the Services, whether or not any real-money wagers are placed.

  • Bet or Wager means any sum of money or equivalent (including bonus funds or free spins where permitted) staked by a Player on the outcome of a game or event available through the Services.
  • Balance means, collectively, the amounts held in a Player's Account, separated into:

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law of your country of residence sets a higher minimum gambling age. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable legal age.
  • Australian users: The Services are provided from offshore and are not licensed domestically in Australia. Account Creation Process

  • Registration data: To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Site, providing accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to:
    • full legal name;
    • date of birth;
    • country of residence;
    • valid email address; and
    • chosen username and password.
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a verification code sent to the address supplied. Until verification is completed, your access to some or all Services may be limited.
  • Single account rule: You may create and maintain only one Account for personal use. Multiple Accounts, including Accounts created using different email addresses, identities or devices, may be treated as fraudulent and may result in closure of all related Accounts, voiding of bonuses and confiscation of funds obtained in breach of these Terms.

KYC and Verification

  • Verification obligation: The Operator may, at any time up to and including after deposit or withdrawal requests, require you to complete KYC checks. This may include submission of:
    • government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence or national ID);
    • proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official letter issued within the last three months); and
    • proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g., card statement, e-wallet screenshot, crypto wallet address verification).
  • Accuracy and authenticity: All documents and information provided must be genuine, unaltered and relate solely to you as the Account holder. Use of forged, altered or third-party documents is strictly prohibited and may lead to Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Verification timeframes: The Operator aims to complete verification within a reasonable period (typically within 72 hours of receiving all requested documents), but timeframes may vary depending on volume and complexity. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is completed to the Operator's reasonable satisfaction.
  • Failure to verify: If you fail to provide requested documents, or if the Operator cannot reasonably verify your identity, age, location, or payment methods, the Operator may:
    • restrict your access to the Services;
    • cancel bonuses and winnings derived therefrom; and/or
    • close your Account and, where legally required or appropriate, return any undisputed Real Money Balance subject to applicable laws and anti-money laundering controls.

User Obligations

  • Accurate information: You must ensure that all registration and KYC information remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any material changes (for example, change of address or email).
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You must not share your username or password with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your Account until the Operator is notified of suspected unauthorised use.
  • Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and contact support at [email protected]. The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating.
  • Personal use only: Accounts are for recreational, personal use and not for professional gambling, arbitrage, or any commercial purpose. You must not use the Services on behalf of any third party or as part of any syndicate or collective betting arrangement.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game available via the Site is governed by its own specific rules, paytables and random number generator (RNG) settings as provided by the relevant software supplier. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable game rules.
  • Randomness and fairness: Outcomes of games not involving live dealers are determined by RNG technology supplied by third-party providers. While the Operator endeavours to use reputable providers, particular testing certifications or laboratory approvals are not independently verified in the information provided and may not be publicly available to Australian Users.
  • Offshore availability: The Services are offered from outside Australia and are not authorised by Australian regulators. Placing Bets

  • Transaction confirmation: A Bet is considered placed once it has been accepted by the game server and appears in the transaction history of your Account. In case of any discrepancy between your device display and the Operator's or provider's records, the latter shall prevail.

Modification and Cancellation of Bets

  • Irrevocability: Once confirmed, Bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. Any decision to void or adjust a Bet is at the Operator's sole discretion and will normally be limited to cases of:
    • obvious technical error or malfunction;
    • game or system failure leading to incorrect display or settlement; or
    • proven fraud, collusion or other serious breach of these Terms.
  • Technical issues: If your connection is interrupted after a Bet is placed but before the outcome is displayed, the result will be determined by the game server record. On reconnection, the final result and any Balance adjustment will be visible in your Account history.
  • Malfunction clause: In the event of a malfunction of the game, RNG, platform, or any related systems, all affected Bets may be voided and the original stake returned to the Real Money Balance where reasonably appropriate.     • Account suspension or closure, with potential forfeiture of funds obtained through misconduct.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Bonus availability: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses to Players via the Site, email or other communication channels. All Bonuses are discretionary and may be amended or withdrawn at any time, provided that changes do not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted under published terms.

Prohibited Games and Actions

    • colluding with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics.
    Where bonus abuse is identified, the Operator may cancel Bonuses, void associated winnings and close involved Accounts.

Combination of Promotions

  • Non-stacking rule: Unless expressly allowed, only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at a time. Attempting to combine or overlap multiple welcome, reload or cashback offers may lead to cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
  • Automatic vs. manual offers: If you have an active Bonus and subsequently claim another, the Operator may:
    • require you to forfeit the existing Bonus Balance and associated winnings before activating the new Bonus; or
    • delay activation of the new Bonus until completion or expiry of the current one.
  • Cashback and loyalty: Cashback, loyalty points or similar ongoing benefits may be calculated independently of other Bonuses, subject to their own rules. However, the Operator may exclude certain types of Bets or Bonus play from earning such rewards.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Site may support various deposit methods, including:
    • debit and credit cards issued by international schemes;

    Availability of methods depends on your location and third-party provider policies.

Withdrawals

    • successful completion of KYC checks;

  • Limits and timeframes:

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Service provision: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to:
    • provide access to the Site and Services on a continuous basis;

    • keep Account information and transaction records in a secure and accurate manner.
  • Information accuracy: While the Operator endeavours to ensure that information on the Site (including game rules, Bonus information and payout tables) is accurate, up to date and complete as at the date of publication, errors or omissions may occur. The Operator reserves the right to correct obvious errors and adjust affected Bets or Bonuses accordingly.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for:

    • hardware or software malfunctions on your device; or
    • incompatibility between your device or browser and the Site.

    • any loss or delay caused by their failure or refusal to process transactions.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:

    • loss of data; or
    • any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Maximum Liability and Indemnity

  • Cap on compensation: Where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a particular Bet, game or transaction, the maximum liability shall not exceed the greater of:
    • the amount staked in the relevant Bet; or
    • the amount actually and directly lost by you in that specific transaction, excluding any indirect loss.
  • General cap: In all cases, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms and the Services during any 12-month period shall not exceed the total net amount (deposits minus withdrawals) you have transferred to your Account with the Operator during that same period.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
    • your breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
    • your unauthorised use of the Services; or
    • any chargeback, payment dispute or reversal initiated by you in bad faith.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual material, software, code, game titles, layouts and design elements, are owned or licensed by the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Brand usage: The brand "Slot Astic", as used in connection with slotastic-au.com and the Slot Astic project, together with any associated logos, trade dress and domain names, may not be used by you without the Operator's prior written consent.
  • Licence to use: Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Restrictions on Use

  • Prohibited acts: You must not, without prior written authorisation from the Operator:
    • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from or sell any content or software from the Site;
    • decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Site software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; or
    • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the Site or game interfaces.
  • Third-party content: Games and software provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of those suppliers, and may be used by you only in accordance with these Terms and any applicable end-user licence agreements embedded in such content.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy policy reference: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the Site and Services are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time and published on the Site.
  • Acceptance: By registering an Account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Privacy Policy, and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein, including for KYC, anti-fraud, payment processing and marketing purposes (where permitted and subject to your preferences).
  • Offshore processing: You understand and accept that your personal data may be processed outside of Australia, including in jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of data protection as your country of residence. Changes to Terms

Amendment Procedure

  • Right to modify: The Operator may revise, update or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business operations or the Services offered.
  • Notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide notice by one or more of the following methods:
    • publishing the updated Terms on the Site with an amended "effective date";
    • displaying a prominent banner or pop-up upon your next login; and/or
    • sending an email to the address associated with your Account, where available.

Acceptance and Disagreement

  • Deemed acceptance: Continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
  • Right to cease use: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately. You may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any undisputed Real Money Balance (subject to verification, anti-money laundering checks and any applicable wagering requirements already in place before the change).

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Rights

  • Suspension or closure: The Operator may, in its sole discretion, suspend or close your Account, restrict access to some or all Services, and/or freeze funds where it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms or any game or Bonus rules;
    • you have provided false, inaccurate or misleading information;
    • you are underage or otherwise ineligible to use the Services;
    • you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including Australia where access is subject to enforcement measures; or
    • fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity is suspected.
  • Risk and compliance: The Operator may also close dormant Accounts or Accounts presenting undue regulatory, financial or reputational risk, upon reasonable notice where practicable and subject to applicable law.

Procedure and Consequences

  • Notice: Where legally required and technically feasible, the Operator will notify you by email or via the Site messaging system of the suspension or closure and the reasons, except where doing so would compromise ongoing investigations or legal obligations.
  • Funds on termination:
    • If your Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms or law, any undisputed Real Money Balance will be returned to you via a suitable payment method, subject to verification and applicable fees.
    • If your Account is closed due to serious breach, fraud, money laundering or similar misconduct, some or all funds may be frozen, forfeited or remitted to authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. After verifying your identity and processing any pending transactions, the Operator will close your Account. You remain responsible for all activity on the Account prior to closure.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Non-Australian regulation: The Services are offered on an offshore basis and are not licensed under Australian law. References to a licence from the "Government of Curacao" have been made historically, but no specific licence number, registry link or validator seal has been verified for the purposes of this document.
  • Governing law: Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, these Terms and any Dispute between you and the Operator shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and primarily conducts its gaming operations, as specified in the Site's legal or "About Us" section once fully clarified and published.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaint procedure: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support at [email protected] with full details of the issue, including relevant transaction IDs, dates and screenshots. The Operator will acknowledge receipt and seek to resolve the matter within a reasonable period.
  • Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may request escalation to a manager or the Operator's compliance team. The Operator may direct you to any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or arbitration mechanism that it recognises or that may be required by its governing jurisdiction (if and when clarified on the Site).
